Rough Month! I'll make this short. On the book front, I've gotten very little work done. Lots of prayers for intercessions. Trying to stay focused on being present, not being defined by my past. I can usually let comments rolls off my back but when it's from family, when it's about the person I used to be, it's much harder to ignore.
When your past calls don't answer. It has nothing new to say. - Unknown
I continue to pray asking for the lord god almighty's intercession. I ask for health, strength, and protection and I give love and gratitude for all the blessing I have received, seen, unseen, unknown and unknown. Lot's to be grateful for. Hoping to get focused on writing again soon. Pushing to have Friendship Moon done by the end of the year. The wife has been invaluable at helping me focus the story. Her comments and insight allowed me to understand better where the story needs to go and what it has to say. Prior to this it was all over the place, going in at least three different directions and trying to tie them all together was taking a toll on the story. I cannot wait to get back into it.
Starve your distractions. Feed your focus. ~ Unknown
On a funny note, went to Livingston Mall and it was surprisingly empty. While waiting for the grandsons to arrive with mom and dad, to take pictures with Santa, the wife and I sat by Santa's Workshop. I guess he was bored because he came over and struck up a conversation with us. He was a very nice gentleman who let us in on a lot of secrets on playing Santa. Secrets I will use when playing Santa for the grandsons on Christmas eve.

Happy Birthday, David!
